Strictly Digital Services:
Please note that our business provides strictly digital services and remote consulting. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation call up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and time-based nature of our services, all sales are final once the service has been provided. We do not offer refunds after a consultation call has been completed or after a “Done-For-You” remote setup has been rendered. If you experience an issue during a session, please let our expert know immediately so we can make it right.
